INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Form small groups of two to four people.
  2. Announce that you would like each person to share their response to three G's:
    - What's Good in your life?
    - What's Goofy about you?
    - What Goal(s) are you aiming to achieve?
  3. Allow 2 to 5 minutes for conversation.
  4. Next time, try a variation (see below.)
